Vienna Woods

From four years of siloed AI tools to one connected system.

How Vienna Woods introduced an AIOS to turn smart individual pieces into a foundation.

Smart pieces. No connective tissue.

Damon Jackson had spent a considerable amount of time integrating AI tools and systems into his business - a sales dashboard, CFO reports, inventory forecasting, weekly EDMs. Every tool was strong in isolation. None of them could talk to each other. Everything was fragmented, laptop-dependent, and lacked the connection needed to make AI succeed in a business.

There's a bunch of processes that we have in our business which are a little clunky.

- Damon Jackson, Managing Director

The rebuild.

We built Damon a foundational AI Operating System - the underlying infrastructure that connects everything he'd already built and makes everything he wants to build next possible. Four layers, working together: the physical brain, the data layer, the business knowledge, and the assistants that read from it all. Built on the tools he already had - a Mac Mini, his CRM, accounting system, inventory management system, and email - and structured on his own environment so it stays his.

01

Infra OS

Mac Mini as the always-on brain, structured on GitHub so it's cloud-accessible from any device.

02

Data OS

His CRM, accounting system, inventory management system, and email connected in one always-on data layer.

03

Context OS

Four years of Vienna Woods' business knowledge - pipeline nuances, rep behaviour, inventory cycles, CFO logic - built into the system.

04

Agent OS

CFO advisor, inventory brain, and sales dashboard - all reading from the same data, all accessible from any device.

Two weeks in.

“They all look a little bit like snake oil - like most things are on the internet. The tipping point for me was actually to trust you guys, was knowing someone that had already implemented with you.”
